MedSim AI ("MedSim AI", "we", "us", or "our") is a medical education simulation platform designed to help students and healthcare learners practise clinical reasoning through simulated patient cases.

This Privacy Policy explains how MedSim AI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the MedSim AI mobile application and related services.

• Learning and usage information: simulated cases attempted, answers and clinical reasoning entered by you, examination/investigation selections, diagnoses, management choices, scores, progress, and related activity.

• Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, log information, and error/crash information where available.

Where user-provided content is sent to an AI service to provide a requested feature, it is processed for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Medical and Educational Information

MedSim AI is an educational simulation platform. Simulated cases may contain medical information, but the app is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional and should not be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment of a real patient.

You should not enter identifiable real-patient information, medical records, or other confidential information into the app unless the feature specifically permits it and you have the appropriate authorization to do so.
